Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling/checking account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Handling cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
  • Maintaining proper records and files.
  • Effecting periodical payments on time.
  • Preparing and sending reminders for unpaid documents.
