Position 1 : Officer of Human Resource Development at the Talent Development Directorate.

  • Performs duties as a liaison between the HRM and Facilities management directorate  and various business units, directorates and branches to ensure quality training programs are developed, customized, approved, maintained, revised and properly documented as required;
  • Provides coaching, mentoring and leading training managers; 
  •  Develops, customizes and maintains related training support materials;
  • Performs other related duties as required. 

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in Management/Public Administration/ or related fields with 3 years of relevant experience.

Position 2 :Senior Human Resource Development Officer at the Department of Talent Development.

Job Description

  • Develops, customizes and maintains related training support materials;  
  • Makes sure that training materials together with instructional methods are not only current but also effective;
  •  Manages the facilitation and instruction skills of the trainers and assists in the improvement of competencies in the classroom;
  •  Prepares a follow – up succession plans;

Job Requirements

First Degree in Management/Human Resource Management/Public Administration or related fields with 5 years of relevant experience.
