Educational Qualification: BA in human Resource Management/ related fields from a recognized College/University
Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience

Position 3: Manager, Life Insurance Department
Educational Qualification: Hold a minimum of first Degree from recognized higher learning institution and preferably have diploma in insurance from the chartered insurance institute (CII) or Life office Management Association (LOMA).
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of Insurance experience out of which at least 4 years as Senior Professional
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Branch Manager
Educational Qualification: BA/B.Sc Degree in Economics/ Management/ Accounting/ Statistics or related fields from a recognized College/University.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience, of which 2 years at senior positions
