Position: Junior Customer Service Officer
Education: BA in Accounting and Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Banking and Insurance, or related field, with a minimum CGPA of 2.00.
Experience: Zero year Experience; experience in Banking is advantageous.
Eligibility: Graduates of the year 2023 G.C with a CGPA of 2.0 and above.
Requirements: Applicants must have an exit examination result confirmation certificate on hand and must provide it upon the bank’s request.
Place of work: Branches in and surrounding Addis Ababa.
