Position 1: Senior Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Developer
- Qualification: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Information Technology.
- Experience: Professional Certificates in IT areas (an added advantage) plus a minimum of 6 years’ experience in IT and banking.
Position 2: Manager- IFB Asset and Portfolio Management Division
- Qualification: BA Degree in Business Management, Management, Accounting, and Economics or Masters in a Business-related course (added advantage).
- Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years in Banking operation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in Interest-free banking services.
Position 3: Branch Manager – Class I Branch
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum of eleven (11) years’ experience in the banking sector with at least three (3) years in a supervisory role.

Position 4: Branch Manager – Class II Branch
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the banking sector with at least three (3) years in a supervisory role.
- Place of Work: Chilalo Branch – Assela Town (V.No. 0283/23)
Position 5: Branch Manager – Class IV Branch
- Qualification: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, and Economics.
- Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant banking experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position.
