Awash Bank share company is seeking competent and qualified candidates for the following positions:

Position 1: Customer Service Manager I

  • Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Economics, or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including 3 years in operational work.
  • Place of Work: Shire Endesilasie Branch (Shire Town), Adihaki Branch (Mekelle Town), Alamata Branch (Alamata Town), Axum Branch (Axum Town).

Position 2: Branch Manager Class II Branch

  • Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration with a minimum of ten years’ experience in the banking sector, including three years in a supervisory role.
  • Place of Work: Boset Branch (Adama Town).

Position 3: Branch Manager Class III Branch

  • Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics or related discipline with a minimum of 9 years of relevant banking experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position.
  • Place of Work: Bedelle Branch (Bedelle Town).

Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory.

Term of Employment: Permanent

Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale & Benefits Package
