Position 1: Server and Storage Administrator II

Qualification & Experience: Bsc Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields with a minimum of four (4) years in System/Server Administration or related areas. This job may require shift basis engagement including weekends and holidays.

Position 2: Senior – Server and Storage Administrator

Qualification & Experience: Bsc Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering and Electrical Engineering with a minimum of Six (6) years in System Administration or related experience.

Job Summary: The principal Storage and Server administrator will serve as the Lead Storage Administrator in the design, implementation, and management of the storage environments. Extensive knowledge of SAN/NAS architecture is essential. Primary responsibilities will be to drive storage strategies and recommend industry best practices for storage solutions. Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various backup technology solutions with experience of tape and disk across a range of technologies. Provides a deep technical subject matter expertise and leadership for analyzing hardware and software needs. Work independently and with third party vendors to design, install, support, and upgrade various applications to support business needs. Monitor the environment for performance and stability issues to meet Service Level Objectives.

Position 3: Principal – Server and Storage Administrator

Qualification & Experience: Bsc Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering and Electrical Engineering. Certification of open source operating system like Unix, AIX, Linux is an added advantage, Training on SAN management is also another added advantage with a minimum of eight (8) years in Server Administration and related areas is mandatory.

Job Summary: The jobholder is responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures Servers and Storage of the Bank. Serves as a technical expert in the area of storage and server administration for complex operating systems. Monitoring and administration of Power System, storage and physical and virtual server(LPARs) used by the bank. Recommends the redesign and configuration of operating systems and storage. Investigates and analyzes feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications. Identifies methods, solutions, and provides project leadership and management in order to provide a high level of service to the customers of the Banks.
