  • Experience: Seven/7 years of relevant banking experience, of which 2 years as Senior Customer Relationship Officer
  1. Data Clerk (Contractual basis)
  • Education: Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management or related fields

  1. Reward and Employee Service Officer
  • Education: BA in Management, Business Management, Public Administration, or related fields
  • Experience: 3 years of relevant banking experience, of which one/1 year in an officer position.
  1. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
  • Education: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.

  1. Branch Manager Grade – I
  • Education: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
  • Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry, of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager, or 7 years of relevant banking experience, of which at least 2 years as Senior Officer in banking operation position.
  1. Branch Operation Support Officer
  • Education: BA in Business Management /Accounting/Economics/Business Administration/Finance and Economics or related fields
  • Experience: Three /3 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, of which one/1 year in an officer position.
