Position 1: Customer Service Executive – II

  • Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1 year in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or a similar role.
  • Purpose of the Job: Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient front-line customer service and cross-selling bank products.
  • Place of Work: Dire Dawa, Bale Goba

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash

  • Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3 years in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or a similar role.
  • Purpose of the Job: Deliver exceptional customer service and boost resource mobilization through product cross-selling.
  • Place of Work: Chiro

Position 3: Security Guard – I

  • Qualification: 8th Grade Complete (OR) 10th/12th Grade Complete
  • Experience: 2 years in Military/Police service (OR) 4 years as a lady searcher.
  • Age: 25-50
  • Purpose of the Job: Maintain safety and security, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and personnel.
  • Place of Work: Jigjiga, Bale Goba (Males) ; Bale Goba, Dilla, Jigjiga (Females)

Position 4: Branch Manager Grade – I

  • Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 7 years in banking, including 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager, or 7 years in banking with at least 2 years as a Senior Officer in banking operations.
  • Purpose of the Job: Drive growth and profitability through cross-selling, customer acquisition, and superior customer service.
  • Place of Work: Aleta Wondo, Tulefa
