Position 1: Customer Experience Officer

Qualification:

  • BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant banking experience, including one (1) year in an officer position.

Job Description:
As a Customer Experience Officer, your primary responsibility is to promptly address customer needs and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction. Key functions include:

  • Mentoring and enabling staff for improved performance.
  • Participating in policy development, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Meeting service level agreements.
  • Contributing to the bank’s profitability targets.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and upholding transparency in work practices.
  • Adhering to internal control systems and risk management programs.

Position 2: Internal Controller (Under Digital Banking Operation Department)

Qualification:

  • BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Three (3) years of relevant banking experience, including one (1) year in an officer position.

Job Description:
As an Internal Controller in the Digital Banking Operation Department, your role is to ensure the operation of the Digital Payment Reconciliation & Settlement unit complies with Digital Banking Procedures and guarantees timely settlement & reconciliation of MB, Mobile Money, and Card-related Digital Transactions. Responsibilities include:

  • Verifying that prepaid card funds match the face values of the cards and the system.
  • Overseeing the timely correction of discrepancies related to fund loading and unloading, posting, and pool account balance.
  • Working towards the timely rectification of discrepancies in fund loading and pool account posting.

Location: Addis Ababa
