Position 1 : Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Officer: This position requires a BA in Management, Business Management, Public administration, or Development Management, along with three years of relevant banking experience, including one year in an officer position. The purpose of this job is to identify, recruit, select, socialize and retain highly competent and qualified individuals in line with the bank’s human capital strategy, policies, and procedures.

Position 2 : Reward and Employee Service Officer : This role requires a BA in Management, Business Management, Public administration, or any other related fields, along with three years of relevant banking experience, including one year in an officer position. The main responsibility is to incentivize the workforce, raise morale and satisfaction levels, promote acknowledgment culture, and manage employee benefit services, including insurance, leaves, safety, health, working conditions, and other employee services.

Position 3 : Customer Service Executive – II (IFB): This position requires a BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields, plus one year of experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or a related position. The primary responsibility of this job is to enhance customer satisfaction by handling front-line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency while increasing the branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the bank’s products and services.

Position 4 : Senior Digital Payment Officer : This role requires a BA in Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Economics/Marketing Management or any other related fields, along with five years of relevant banking experience, including two years in an officer position. The main responsibility is to maximize the acquisition and retention of digital-banking customers of the Bank through expansion of the various digital channels (ATM, POS, etc.) creating innovative frameworks and implementing value-adding products and services.

Position5 : Senior Customer Service Officer- Cash (IFB): This position requires a BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, and related fields, plus three years of relevant experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, and CSE. The job’s primary responsibility is to manage the overall cash movements and operation of the branch, ensuring that daily cash balance agrees with the general ledger and supervising staff engaged in the cash area.

Position 6 : Branch Manager Grade – I (IFB): This role requires a BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields, plus seven years of relevant experience in the banking industry, including one year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager. The main responsibility is to achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the bank through cross-selling of the bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services, and building strong customer relationships to maximize resource mobilization efforts; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.
