Position: Customer Service Executive – I (Fresh Graduates)

Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Banking & Finance, and related business fields.

Experience:

  • No prior experience required.
  • Graduates of the year 2023 G.C with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 and above.

Purpose of the Job:
To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front-line customer service activities efficiently; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization through cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.

Essential Functions:

  • Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities.
  • Initiate cash transfers from/to cash.
  • Receive and deliver physical cash.
  • Collect/pay cash and debit/credit respective accounts.
  • Check and balance physical cash with the Cashier.
  • Retrieve customer signatures, pictures, and verify customers.
  • Perform other required duties.

Place of Work:
Multiple locations across Ethiopia (Debresina, Enewari, Alem Ketema, Sheno, …)

Note:
