Position 1: Junior Attorney
Qualifications: LLB in Law or any other related field.
Experience: One year of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry.
Purpose of the Job: To assist senior attorneys and attorneys in foreclosure and litigation proceedings, handle loan litigation cases, foreclosure cases, criminal cases, and represent and/or ensure that the bank is adequately represented in courts or tribunals.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in foreclosure processes
- Participate in reviewing court judgments and arbitrational tribunal orders
- Prepare legal instruments such as statement of claim, defense, pleadings, appeal, affidavit, memorandum, notices
- Represent the bank in courts
- Facilitate legal trainings to other bank staff on legal subjects
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 2: Junior Cash Management Officer
Qualifications: BA in Accounting/ Finance / Business Management / Economics/ Business Administration/ or any other related fields.
Experience: One year of relevant experience in banking.
Purpose of the Job: To support general accounting operations by reconciling account balances and bank statements, preparing month-end close procedures, and financial transactions.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare journal vouchers, tickets, and sorts out & journalizes them
- Generate incoming credit summaries and counter signs it
- Prepare claims and send them to concerned branches and handle branch claims
- Process special credit summary dispatched to head office finance
- Reconcile and maintain bank accounts, stocks, and fixed assets records
- Prepare outstanding items reports sheet and reconcile them

Position 3: Customer Service Executive – II
Qualifications:
- BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- One year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.
Purpose of the Job:
- To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front-line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services
Generic Functions:
- Enhance the strong business relationship with customers and cross-sell the bank’s positive image to the community
- Provide the concerned organ with timely, relevant, accurate, and complete reports on plan performance
- Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct at workplaces and abide by the bank’s organizational culture
- Provide services as per the service level agreement
- Contribute to the bank’s profitability as per the target set
- Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices of internal control system and risk management program of the Bank
- Follow all bank’s operational, financial, and security regulations and procedures
- Build awareness of new products and services, identify customer needs to capitalize on business referral opportunities
- Receive and deliver physical cash from and to Cash Supervisor
- Receive and pay cash from customers after proper identification, verification, and posting transactions.
- Collect/pay cash and debit/credit the respective accounts
- Prepare and issue checkbooks and passbooks and provide bank statements for customers at request.
- Check and countersign vouchers, process standing instructions, accept stop payment orders from customers, and obtain supervisor approval.
