Position 1: Senior Compliance Management Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- Five (5) years of relevant experience, with at least two (2) years in an officer position within the banking industry.
Purpose of the Job:
- Implement proactive and effective compliance management, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing and other regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement a risk-based compliance management approach.
- Conduct due diligence on Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing activities.
Essential Functions:
- Safely handle the delivery of documents, materials, and supplies within the company.
- Ensure prompt and secure delivery of packages, documents, and messages.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform assigned related duties.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Security Guard – I
Qualification:
- Completion of 8th grade.
OR
- Completion of 10th/12th grade.
Experience:
- Two (2) years of relevant experience in Military/Police service.
OR
- Four (4) years of experience as a lady searcher.
Age: Between 25-50
Purpose of the Job:
- Support customer service by maintaining a safe and secure work environment, making it conducive for staff and customers.
Essential Functions:
- Patrol and secure designated areas to protect properties and facilities.
- Safeguard company assets against theft, assault, fire, and safety hazards.
- Control access for individuals and vehicles.
- Report suspicious activities and incidents.
- Perform assigned related duties.
