Job Position:

1.General Accounts Manager

Responsibilities:

• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
• Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards of the country.
• Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; and let the annual financial audits be performed on time through the selected external auditor.
• Audits accounts to ensure compliance with the federal revenue and customs authority (ERCA) regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
• Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
• Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
• Make sure the monthly reports for income tax, pension, withholding tax and purchase are reported online monthly using the eTax and TASS system and the appropriate monthly fees are made accordingly.
• Ensures compliance with the government requirements. Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Job Requirement:    

Qualification:

Education: 

• Masters/Bachelors degree in Accounting.

Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting 5 years’ or more experience as a General Accounts Head/Manager or Masters degree with 3 years of experience as a General Accounts Head/Manager.
