Position 1: Customer Services Officer – I

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience Requirement:

  • 1 year of relevant experience in a Bank or 2 years at Micro Finance institutions.

Competencies Required:

  • Understanding of general financial products and services.
  • Good knowledge of the Bank’s accounting and procedures.
  • Ability to respond to basic client inquiries and instructions and resolve most issues and requests.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and the core banking system.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer II

Qualification Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (e.g., Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration).

Experience Requirement:

  • 2 years of relevant experience in a Bank.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for front office customer service support at the branch.
  • Handles account maintenance, payment and collection transactions, and responds to customer inquiries.
  • Manages cash and non-cash transactions and fulfills customer requests at the branch.

Position 3: Senior Customer Services Officer

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience Requirement:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in a Bank.

The Senior Customer Service Officer:

  • Provides front office customer service support at the branch.
  • Manages account transactions.
  • Responds to customer inquiries.
  • Handles cash and non-cash transactions and fulfills customer requests at the branch.

Position 4: Branch Manager I

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank, including at least one (1) year as a Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office.
  • Ensure compliance with operating procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Coordinate sales/business development efforts.
  • Lead customer service initiatives and branch operational excellence.
  • Prepare and submit annual budgets and reports.
  • Participate in community activities and promote bank services.
