Position 1: Customer Services Officer – I
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 1 year in a Bank or 2 years at Micro Finance institutions.
- Competencies:
- Understanding of general financial products and services.
- Good knowledge of bank accounting and procedures.
- Ability to respond to basic client inquiries and instructions, as well as resolve most issues and requests.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and core banking systems.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer II
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (e.g., Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration).
- Experience: 2 years in a Bank.
- Job Description:
- Responsible for front office customer service support at the branch.
- Handling and verifying account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions.
- Responding to customer inquiries.
- Managing cash and non-cash transactions and addressing all customer requests at the branch.
- Location: Dilla
Position 3: Senior Customer Services Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 5 years in a Bank.
- Responsibilities:
- Providing front office customer service support at the branch.
- Managing account management transactions.
- Responding to customer inquiries.
- Handling cash and non-cash transactions and addressing all customer requests at the branch.
