Ahadu Bank S.C. is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

Position 1: Customer Services Officer – I

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1 year in a Bank or 2 years at Micro Finance institutions.
  • Competencies:
  • Understanding of general financial products and services.
  • Good knowledge of bank accounting and procedures.
  • Ability to respond to basic client inquiries and instructions, as well as resolve most issues and requests.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and core banking systems.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer II

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (e.g., Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration).
  • Experience: 2 years in a Bank.
  • Job Description:
  • Responsible for front office customer service support at the branch.
  • Handling and verifying account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions.
  • Responding to customer inquiries.
  • Managing cash and non-cash transactions and addressing all customer requests at the branch.
  • Location: Dilla

Position 3: Senior Customer Services Officer

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5 years in a Bank.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Providing front office customer service support at the branch.
  • Managing account management transactions.
  • Responding to customer inquiries.
  • Handling cash and non-cash transactions and addressing all customer requests at the branch.
