Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and high-quality service to customers.
- Promote and sell banking products, services, and channels.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain positive customer and staff relationships.
- Adhere to regulatory standards and bank policies.
- Identify and recruit potential customers.
- Promote digital banking and the bank’s products.
- Participate in resource mobilization activities.
- Perform related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Position 2: Banking Operation Officer
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years banking experience.
Job Objective:
Provide efficient and high-quality customer service, reconcile accounts, process transactions, and maintain documents as per bank guidelines.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reconcile branch book of accounts.
- Process bulk payments and document authentication.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Comply with regulatory standards and bank policies.
- Promote digital banking and the bank’s products.
- Perform back office transaction processing.
- Check account opening, transactions, and documents.
- Reconcile ATM and POS transactions.
- Settle suspense accounts and post adjustments.
- Perform related duties assigned by the supervisor.
