Position 1: Banking Business Officer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related business fields.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in banking.
Job Objective: Promote bank products, fulfill customer requests, and deliver efficient, high-quality service in accordance with the bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
Location: Dire Dawa District, Hawassa District
Position 2: Banking Operation Officer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related business fields.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in banking.
Job Objective: Fulfill customer requests, manage accounts, oversee transactions, and maintain branch documentation, adhering to the bank’s policies and regulations.
Location: Dire Dawa District, Hawassa District
Position 3: Grade I Branch Business Manager
Education: MBA/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related business fields.
Experience: Minimum of 4/6 years in banking, with supervisory experience preferred.
Job Objective: Ensure effective branch sales, resource mobilization, digital banking expansion, and consistent high-quality service delivery, following the bank’s policies and regulations.
Location: Hawassa District, Dire Dawa District
Position 4: Grade I Branch Manager
Education: MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or other Business-Related Field.
Experience: 6/8 years in banking, with supervisory experience advantageous.
Job Objective: Oversee overall branch banking operations in line with the bank’s policies and regulations.
