Position 1: Banking Business Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of banking experience.
- Objective: Promote bank products, fulfill customer requests, and provide efficient and quality service.
- Location: Dire Dawa District
Position 2: Banking Operation Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of banking experience.
- Objective: Handle customer requests, ensure quality service, manage transactions, and maintain records.
- Location: Dire Dawa District, Ethiopia
Position 3: Grade I Branch Business Manager
- Education: MBA/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: A minimum of 4–6 years of banking experience, supervisory role experience preferred.
- Objective: Oversee branch sales, resource mobilisation, and ensure quality customer service.
- Location: Hawassa District
Position 4: Grade I Branch Manager
- Education: MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 6/8 years of banking experience, supervisory role experience is advantageous.
- Objective: Manage overall branch operations, adhering to policies and regulations.
- Location: Dire Dawa District, Ethiopia
