Experience: Minimum of 6 years banking experience, of which 3 years in the area of HRM.
Job Objective is to provide support and Advice to district managers to align people and organizational strategies to business strategies and objectives while applying appropriate levels of confidentiality. And to drive client understanding and adoption of HR program implementation.
