Position 1: Facility Clerk

  • Education: BA Degree in Procurement & Supplies Management, Logistic & Supply Chain Management, Management, or other business-related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of banking experience.
  • Responsibilities: Provide written reports, project cost estimates, and detailed analysis in various electronic formats.
  • Place of Work: Hawassa District, Ethiopia.

Position 2: Banking Business Officer

  • Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or other business-related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of banking experience.
  • Job Objective: Promote bank products and services, fulfill customer requests, and provide efficient and high-quality service as per bank policies and regulations.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Attain customer requests, provide efficient service, and promote banking products and services.
  • Deliver high-quality service, handle customer queries and complaints.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and staff.
  • Enhance the bank’s image through proactive customer handling.
  • Comply with regulatory standards, bank policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
  • Perform tasks within the bank’s standards and adhere to compliance and risk controls.
  • Identify and recruit prospective customers, provide professional advice.
  • Work towards team and individual task achievements.
  • Promote the bank’s products, services, and digital banking.
  • Participate in resource mobilization activities.

  • Process cash and non-cash transactions.

  • Handle customer account closing and termination of services.

  • Maintain cash holding position.
  • Balance daily cash and non-cash transactions.

Position 3: Branch Manager

Location: Dessie District, Ethiopia

Responsibilities:

  • Support Branch staff in developing, managing, and growing customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance and monitoring are in accordance with rules, regulations, and standards.
  • Set team objectives, goals, and performance standards, facilitating alignment and goal cascading.
  • Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls as per bank and regulatory standards and policies.
  • Ensure tasks are completed to agreed standards and within the specified time.
  • Plan, coach, manage, and coordinate overall branch management.
  • Work closely with branch teams in annual plan development and implementation.

  • Evaluate annual plans such as operational plan, marketing plans, and sales plan.

  • Motivate all branch staff to deliver high-quality service.
  • Implement the designed strategy for business growth, operational excellence, and digitalization.
  • Represent the Branch in social and official affairs and handle correspondences.
  • Ensure timely forwarding of all credit and international banking documents to respective departments.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts of the branch.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Supervisory Management.
