- Partnership Lead
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders at a senior level in a wide range of organizations to promote innovative partnership opportunities
- Identify and develop suitable partnerships that deliver outcomes for all stakeholders and impact for the program
- Ensure and balance the delivery of partnerships that respond to partner organizations’ requirements
- Work in partnership to develop innovative, multi-stakeholder projects that support program goals and deliver benefit to all stakeholders
- Responsible for end-to-end management of portfolio of multisector partnership projects, from inception to delivery
- Contribute to the identification and development of frameworks and tools
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to constantly refresh the Go-to-Market strategy and sales pathway scenarios, in all verticals, for greenfield and repeat accounts
- Ensure highly professional demeanor with all external stakeholders
- Communicate information as appropriate with relevant team members.
- Participate in team activities and meetings demonstrating respect & consideration for individual experience and expertise.
- Engage in continuous learning & contribute positively to a collaborative & respectful working environment aligned with the culture &values of ArifPay
- Be responsible for specific Sales & Business Development targets
- Coordinate and communicate with Partners in drafting, planning & executing on collaboration strategies (mutually beneficial)
- Develop and execute deals with partners
- High level written communication skills including proposal development and documentation, together with well-developed administration, organizational skills & attention to detail
- Broad partnership brokering experience
- Proven high-level networking & representational skills including an ability to develop partnerships maintain relationships & influence key decision makers
- A track record of developing & maintaining innovative strategic partnerships that delivers impact.
- Exceptional strategic relationship management & program management skills, including the ability to manage inputs from multiple stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes
- Extensive end-to-end program design & management experience, including experience developing & managing to a budget
- Strong experience in negotiating & networking with senior stakeholders in a wide range of organizations
- A demonstrated ability to efficiently & effectively manage a large portfolio of diverse partners
- Extensive network in the private sector, preferably in the Gov, Banking, FMCG, Retail, & CT sectors.

Education:
- BA/MBA /other advanced degrees in a relevant field like Business, Economics, Public Administration, Engineering, Sciences, or Business, Planning.
Experience:
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Experience in Banking or FinTech is a plus
