Position 1: Banking Business Officer

Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or Business- related fields.

Experience: 2 Years Banking experience.

The role of this position is to promote bank products and services, attained customers request and provides efficient and high quality service to customers as per the bank’s policy, procedure, guideline and other pertinent regulation. Therefore performing your job in high professional manner will contribute to achieve organizational vision and strategic objectives (i.e. Business growth, Operational excellence and Digitalization)

Place of Work: Dire Medhane Alem Branch in Dire Dawa City (Dire Dawa District).

Position 2: Grade I Branch Business Manager

Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or Business- related fields.

Experience: 6 Years and above Banking experience.

The role of this position is to ensure the effectiveness of the branch sales and marketing activities, mobilizes resources, expands branch accessibility through digital banking and efficient and high quality service provide to customers in consistent manner in the branch at all time as per the bank’s policy, procedure, guideline and other pertinent regulation. Therefore performing your job in high professional manner will contribute to achieve organizational vision and strategic objectives (i.e. Business growth, Operational excellence and Digitalization).

Position 3: Grade I Branch Operation Manager

Position 4: Grade I Branch Manager

Experience: 7 Years and above Banking experience.

The role of this position is to ensure the overall banking operation activities of the branch perform as per the bank’s policy, procedure, guideline and other pertinent regulation.
