Position : Customer Service Officers (CSO) – II
Required Education & Experience: BA degree in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance, Business Administration and any business related field of study.
Only Graduates of 2020, 2021& 2022
CGPA:
For Female 2.75 & above
For male Above 3.00 & above
Age: Below 30 years old
The CSO attends customer inquiries, handles payments and collections, works on deposit mobilization and search for potential customers, checks, signs and counter-signs on tickets, ensures that correct receipts and advices are issued to customers for all transactions, balances daily cash transaction and prepares daily cash position.
Place of Work: Branches under Hawassa District (Hawassa City, Mizan Aman & Mizan Tepi Branches).
