Job Description

Duties and responsibilities of the job:

 As part of an executive management team, you will have close and key interactions with various members of the company, both senior and junior.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Create a HR Manager implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) in electronic and digital format according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
  • Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
  • Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
  • Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BSc/BA in human resources, business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as HR Manager, administrator  or other HR position
  • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Protecting the interests of all employees.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Competitive pay
