Ethiopian Airlines Group would like to announce a new vacant position in the capacity of CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSOCIATE in our Global Call Center Department and ASSISTANT COOK.

Position 1: CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSOCIATE

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Successful completions of SOM training in Ethiopian Aviation Academy (SOM Airport Passenger Handling & Ticket Agent and SOM Airline Call Center & Ticket Agent graduates only).

NB: Age limit: 18-35 years old inclusive for External applicants.

LANGUAGE: English Language Proficiency: Level III.

Position 2: ASSISTANT COOK

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: A Minimum of Level II Certificate in Food Preparation/ Kitchen Operation / Foreign Dish Cooking/ Ethiopian Cultural Food Preparation or any related field of study from recognized TVET/ College/ Institute with two years of related experience

NB: Age limit: 18 – 35 years old.

COC Certificate is mandatory

LANGUAGE:

Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory and other foreign languages are desirable
