Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience Requirement:
- 1 year of relevant experience in a Bank or 2 years at Micro Finance institutions.
Competencies Required:
- Understanding of general financial products and services.
- Good knowledge of the Bank’s accounting and procedures.
- Ability to respond to basic client inquiries and instructions and resolve most issues and requests.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and the core banking system.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer II
Qualification Requirement:

Job Description:
- Responsible for front office customer service support at the branch.
- Handles account maintenance, payment and collection transactions, and responds to customer inquiries.
- Manages cash and non-cash transactions and fulfills customer requests at the branch.

Position 3: Senior Customer Services Officer
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience Requirement:
- 5 years of relevant experience in a Bank.
The Senior Customer Service Officer:
- Provides front office customer service support at the branch.
- Manages account transactions.
- Responds to customer inquiries.
- Handles cash and non-cash transactions and fulfills customer requests at the branch.

Position 4: Branch Manager I
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank, including at least one (1) year as a Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office.
- Ensure compliance with operating procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Coordinate sales/business development efforts.
- Lead customer service initiatives and branch operational excellence.
- Prepare and submit annual budgets and reports.
- Participate in community activities and promote bank services.
