Position 1: Customer Services Officer I

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of studies.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in a Bank or 2 years at Micro Finance institutions.

Competencies Required:

  • Understanding of general financial products and services.
  • Good knowledge of the Bank’s accounting and procedures.
  • Ability to respond to basic client inquiries and instructions.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Office.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer II

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (e.g., Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration).
  • 2 years of relevant experience in a Bank.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for front office customer service support at the branch.
  • Handles account maintenance, payment and collection transactions, and responds to customer inquiries.
  • Manages cash and non-cash transactions and fulfills customer requests.

Position 3: Senior Customer Services Officer

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of studies.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in a Bank.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides front office customer service support at the branch.
  • Manages account transactions and responds to customer inquiries.
  • Handles cash and non-cash transactions and fulfills customer requests.

Position 4: Branch Manager I

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of studies.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank, with one (1) year as a Customer Services Manager or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, organizes, leads, and controls the banking activities of a branch office.
  • Ensures adherence to operating procedures, rules, and code of practices, as well as regulatory directives and country law.
  • Coordinates sales/business development efforts and leads customer service initiatives.
  • Prepares and submits annual budgets and reports.

Candidates applying for managerial positions should possess key competencies and skills including:

  • Excellent team-building and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of modern management techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused.
