Position 1: Solutions Architect
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Science, Computer Science, or Engineering-related field.
- Certification in Agile Project Management (added advantage).
- Certification in Solution Architecture and Cloud expertise (added advantage).
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience covering databases, applications, infrastructure, cloud, development, enterprise architecture, and system design.
- At least 1 year of experience as a developer or systems engineer.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Proven experience in complex technical roadmaps.
- Ability to work with 3rd party technology suppliers.
- Strong business acumen and persuasion skills.
- Proactive leadership in an evolving environment.
- Guiding and mentoring in architectural principles.
- Familiarity with Telecom Technical domains, including VAS, Charging, CRM, and Digital Financial Services.
- Track record in delivering large-scale IT/Telco solutions.
Position 2: IT Solutions Architect
Qualifications:
- Degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of solutions architecture and system design.
- Experience in software development lifecycle (agile and waterfall methodologies).
- Certification in Solution Architecture and Cloud expertise (added advantage).
- Domain experience in GSM (added advantage).
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale IT/Telco solutions.
- Familiarity with Containerization, Kubernetes, and Microservices (added advantage).
Both positions are based in Addis Ababa.
