Position 1: Customer Service Officer-I

• Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or related fields with at least 1 year of experience in Banking operations as a Customer Service Officer.
• Job Description: Responsibilities include handling/checking account maintenance, payment and collection transactions, and responding to customer inquiries. Handling both cash and non-cash transactions, along with maintaining proper records and files. Effecting periodical payments on time.
• Location and Application Form: Gode Branch under Adama Area Office.

Position 2: Branch Manager

• Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of Banking experience, with at least 2 years at the supervisory level.
• Job Description: Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, and controlling banking activities at the assigned branch. Preparing and implementing annual budgets and work plans, ensuring adherence to operating policies and procedures.
• Location and Application Form:
• Branch Manager-I for Molale Branch under Debre Berhan Area Office.

• Agaro Branch under Jimma Area Office.
