We are currently seeking qualified and capable individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Junior Contact Center Officer

  • Qualification: BA in Business Management, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in relevant fields, preferably within the banking industry.
  • Purpose: Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting the bank’s products and services, gathering customer feedback, and promptly addressing customer inquiries.
  • Location: Addis Ababa

2. Junior Portfolio Management Officer

  • Qualification: BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a relevant role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Purpose: Support efforts to improve the quality of the bank’s loan portfolio and enhance credit decision-making through up-to-date credit information.
  • Location: Addis Ababa

3. Customer Service Executive – II

  • Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1 year in banking operations, such as CSO, CSR, CSE, or similar roles.
  • Purpose: Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient front-line customer service and cross-selling the bank’s products and services.
  • Location: Adama

4. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash

  • Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in banking operations, including roles like CSO, CSR, CSE, or related positions.
  • Purpose: Improve customer satisfaction by providing efficient front-line customer service and increasing resource mobilization efforts through product cross-selling.
  • Location: Adama

5. Auditor

  • Qualification: BA in Accounting and Finance, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, with at least 1 year in an officer position.
  • Purpose: Ensure branch/district/region banking operations align with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements through independent and objective verification.
  • Location: Addis Ababa

6. Senior Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Officer

  • Qualification: BA in HRM, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 2 years in an officer position.
  • Purpose: Identify, recruit, select, socialize, and retain highly competent individuals in line with the bank’s human capital strategy.
  • Location: Addis Ababa

7. Branch Manager Grade – I

  • Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 7 years of relevant banking experience, with 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 2 years as Senior Officer in banking operations.
  • Purpose: Drive sustainable growth and profitability by cross-selling products, acquiring and retaining customers, and improving customer services.
  • Location: Adama, Shashemene
