Position 1: Executive Assistant
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Senior Assistant or similar position in a corporate company
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure, pay attention to detail, and problem-solve
- Analytical, dynamic, innovative, and able to work with diverse groups
Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will provide professional reception and administration services, supporting the line manager in various responsibilities including managing calendars, events, meetings, travel, and logistics. The role is based in Addis Ababa.
Position 2: Manager: Transmission Operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Higher National Diploma in relevant fields
- 8 years’ experience with 3 years specialized in telecommunications, specifically in Transmission and IP Network operations
Competencies:
- Knowledge & experience in Microwave, Fiber, Router, Synchronisation, and Switches technologies
- Expertise in TDM, ATM, PDH, SDH, C/W/DWDM, IP/MPLS, MEF, IP & TX architecture, IP & TX Protocols
- Familiarity with various vendor tools such as NetAct-NFM-T, NFM-P, iMaster MAE
Role Purpose:
The Manager will oversee transport network assurance, support, and fault management with a focus on network performance and improvements in the transmission domain. The position is located in Addis Ababa.
