- Experience: Minimum of 4/6 years of banking experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Job Objective: Ensure branch sales and marketing effectiveness, resource mobilization, digital banking expansion, and high-quality customer service in line with bank policies and regulations.
- Location: Hawassa District
Position 4: Grade I Branch Manager
- Education: MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related business fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 6/8 years of banking experience, with supervisory experience advantageous.
- Job Objective: Oversee overall banking operations at the branch in accordance with bank policies and regulations.
