Position 1: Senior – Risk Officer
- Qualification: BA Degree in Financial Economics, Risk management, or BSc in Statistics.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial risk modeling.
- Location: Addis Ababa (V. No HO/01116/23)
Position 2: Senior – IT Risk Officer
- Qualification: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or BA Degree in a business-related field.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in banking operations, including 3 years in system auditing/risk management. IT Auditing certification required.
- Location: Addis Ababa (V. No HO/01115/23)
Position 3: Customer Service and Operation Manager I
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing & Economics.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years, with at least 3 years in operational work.
- Location: Gewane Branch, Afar Gebi Resu Zone – Gewane Town (No HO/01117/23), Werer Branch, Afar Gebi Resu Zone – Melka Werer Town (V. No HO/01118/23)
Position 4: Director – Advisory and Research Directorate
- Qualification: LL.B Degree in Law or Masters Degree (added advantage) with a minimum of 12 years of legal experience.
- Responsibilities: Providing legal counsel, contract negotiation, and strategic planning.
- Location: Addis Ababa (V. No HO/0108/23)
Position 5: Principal – Terminal Management Officer
- Qualification: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information Systems.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in ATM/POS operations and support.
- Location: Addis Ababa (No HO/01114/23)
Position 6: Branch Manager Class IV
- Qualification: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, and Economics.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in banking, including 3 years in a supervisory position.
- Locations: Various branches.
Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory.
Term of Employment: Permanent
