Experience: 3 years of experience in banking operations as a CSO, CSR, CSE, or a related position.
Purpose of the Job: Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient customer service activities and contribute to resource mobilization efforts by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.

Position 4: Senior Auditor
Qualification: BA in Accounting/Finance/Business Management or related fields.
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, including 2 years in an Officer position.
Purpose of the Job: Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations through independent and objective verification.

Position 5: Senior Researcher
Qualification: BA in Business Management/Economics/Business Administration/Finance and Economics/Marketing Management or related fields.
Experience: 5 years of relevant banking experience, including 2 years in an Officer position.
Purpose of the Job: Conduct economic, sector-based, and other required research to support management decision-making and actions.

Position 6: Junior Facility Management Officer
Qualification: BA in Purchasing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry.
Purpose of the Job: Assist in providing project advice to individuals/communities and monitor and evaluate their operations to ensure successful business projects.

Position 7: Branch Manager Grade – I
Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, including 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager, or 7 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 2 years as a Senior Officer in banking operations.
Purpose of the Job: Manage overall retail banking operations, acquire and retain customers, improve customer services, and maximize resource mobilization efforts at the assigned branch.
