Skills, Competencies & Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a bank, including at least one (1) year in a Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.
- Strong teambuilding, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of modern management techniques, commercial business law, and sector regulations.
- Results-driven, customer-focused, with leadership and human resources management skills.
