Position 1: Recruit Professional – Contact Center

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing Management, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related fields.
Fluency in Somaligna language (speaking and writing).
Zero (0) years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist in providing customer support via phone and social media platforms.
Prioritize and resolve customer issues or escalate to Senior Contact Center Agents.
Maintain quality customer service according to established standards.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Corporate Relationship Manager – IFB

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, marketing management, business administration, banking, finance, or related field.
Diploma/Certificate in Islamic banking finance or related field (an advantage).
Minimum of eight (8) years relevant experience, including two (2) years in a supervisory role.
Mandatory knowledge of Arabic language.

Responsibilities:

Grow and maintain a client portfolio, recommending IFB Corporate Banking products.
Cross-sell other Bank products and services.
Acquire new customers and provide valuable business advice.
