Position 1: Branch Accountant and Account Clerk
- Qualification: BA in Accounting/Accounting & Finance (IFRS, Peachtree Accounting); Computer certificate mandatory.
- Experience: 1 year or more as Accountant/Account Clerk; computer skills required.
- Responsibilities: Manage individual client ledger, reconcile general ledger & individual client ledger, produce bank statements, perform accounting activities, and assist Branch Accountants.
- Location: (Sebeta), (Adama), (Kera), and (Kolfe) branches.
Position 2: Branch Manager I
- Qualification: BA/BSc in any business field; MFI training in credit management, IFRS, risk management, and savings mobilization.
- Experience: 2 years in related work or 3 years as senior Customer Service Officer/Operations Officer; MFI experience.
- Responsibilities: Plan, organize, coordinate, lead, and supervise operational activities and personnel of the Branch.
- Location: Sebeta.
