The Swedish Embassy in Addis Ababa is seeking a dedicated National Programme Officer to join our dynamic team in promoting positive change and development in Ethiopia and Africa.

Position: National Programme Officer

Required Qualifications:

Relevant academic degree in democracy, human rights, law, or a related field.
Proficiency in English (both oral and written).
Extensive experience with computer programs and applications, including Excel.

Required Work Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regional Africa context.
Project management experience.
Proven ability to work independently and deliver concrete results.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Experience in a development cooperation context.

Additional Qualifications (Considered as Merits):

French and/or Swedish language skills.
