Job Vacancy 1: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Program Purpose:
The Young Graduate Trainee Program aims to recruit enthusiastic CSR’s to work in high-performing teams, providing exceptional customer service. As a CSR, you will offer vital information about the bank and its services, create a welcoming office environment, manage departmental records and communications with both internal and external clients, and handle secretarial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities include:

Job Description:
Job Summary:
As the Manager of the Performance Management Division, you will oversee the Performance Management process at Zemen Bank S.C. Your key role will be to formulate policies and guidelines that contribute to the successful achievement of the department’s mandate in relation to Performance Management activities, fostering a high-performance organization. Monitoring and controlling the development of performance plans and key performance indicators will be integral to your responsibilities, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision, scope, priorities, processes, systems, and tools of the Bank.

Competencies Required:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following competencies:

  1. Working knowledge of Performance Management Systems, practices, processes, and technology.
  2. Familiarity with Balanced Scorecard system.
  3. Technical knowledge in human resources and/or business administration.
  4. Understanding of the best and most recent HR practices and techniques.
  5. The ability to translate broad/general performance objectives into specific, quantitative metrics.
  6. Proficiency in creating critical performance management tools and instruments.
  7. Coaching expertise to guide others through the performance management cycle and procedure.
  8. Strong project management abilities.
  9. Leadership skills to influence and drive change efforts in support of department/unit business strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • Required Qualification and Experience:
  • MBA/MA Degree in HRM or other relevant field of studies with at least 6 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial or equivalent capacity.
  • OR BA Degree in Management/HRM/Business Administration/Public Administration/Law or other related fields with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial or equivalent capacity.
