Position 1: Administrative Assistant – I

Qualification: BA/Diploma in Administrative Office Management/Secretarial Science or related fields.

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Banking industry.

Purpose of the Job: Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Essential Functions:

  • Monitor office supplies and address shortages.
  • Resolve office-related problems and respond to inquiries.
  • Perform office tasks, filing, report preparation, arranging meetings, and ordering supplies.
  • Schedule appointments and manage travel arrangements.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa Districts, Addis Ababa Regional Office

Position 2: Senior Credit Analyst

Qualification: BA in Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience: 7 years of Relevant Banking experience, including 2 years as Credit Analyst.

Purpose of the Job: Produce accurate credit analysis reports and ensure sound customer credit risk grading.

Generic Functions:

  • Act as Division Manager when needed.
  • Participate in policy and procedure development and implementation.
  • Mentor and enable subordinates for effective performance.
  • Embody the bank’s code of conduct and corporate image.

Specific Functions:

  • Prepare comprehensive credit appraisal reports for credit committee deliberation.
  • Perform periodic customer credit risk rating for risk-based lending.
  • Assess creditworthiness and risk profiles of individuals or businesses.
  • Communicate with relevant parties about lending risks.
  • Analyze customers’ credit data and financial statements.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa Districts

Position 3: Cleaner & Messenger

Qualification: Grade 10th/12th complete.

Experience: Two years of relevant experience.

Age: Between 18 – 35

Purpose of the Job: Deliver packages, documents, and messages, and keep the workplace clean.

Essential Functions:

  • Deliver documents and materials within the company.
  • Ensure timely and secure delivery of packages and messages.
  • Protect the confidentiality of information and documents.

Place of Work: Arbaya, Maserodenb (Meakelay Armachiho)

Position 4: Security Guard – I

Qualification: Grade 8th complete or Grade 10th/12th complete with relevant experience as a Lady Searcher.

Experience: Two years of relevant experience in Military, Police service, or as a Lady Searcher.

Age: Between 25 – 50 (Female) / Between 25 – 50 (Male)

Purpose of the Job: Keep the workplace safe and secured.

Essential Functions:

  • Patrol and secure the area, protecting properties and facilities.
  • Authorize entrance of people and vehicles.
  • Report suspicious behaviors and incidents.

Place of Work: Maserodenb (Meakelay Armachiho), Arbaya (Female) / Arbaya, Maserodenb, Battu, Shashemene (Male)

Position 5: Branch Manager Grade – I

Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience: 7 years of relevant banking experience, including 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager, or 2 years as Senior Officer in banking operations.

Purpose of the Job: Achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by managing retail banking operations at the assigned branch.

Generic Functions:

  • Prepare/review work plans/budgets for the branch and monitor execution.
  • Demonstrate the bank’s culture and corporate image.
  • Provide services as per the service level agreement.

Specific Functions:

  • Plan and lead resource mobilization activities at the branch.
  • Engage in marketing and promotional activities to acquire and retain customers.
  • Monitor accounts and expenses.
  • Ensure timely transaction authorization and end-of-business processes.
