Tsehay Bank S.C. is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

Position 1: Financial Reporting Officer

  • Qualifications: Minimum of a BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, or related field from a recognized higher learning institution.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Junior Financial Reporting Officer or Junior Accountant. Must have proven experience in Financial Reporting.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Accounts & Reconciliation Officer

  • Qualifications: Minimum of a BA degree in Accounting and Finance or related field from a recognized higher learning institution.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Junior Accounts & Reconciliation Officer, Junior Accountant, or Junior Financial Reporting Officer. Banking experience will be advantageous.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Senior Human Resource Management Officer

  • Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized higher learning institution.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years’ service as a Human Resource Management Officer. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance regulations, employment laws and regulations, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite are required.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Learning and Development Officer

  • Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized higher learning institution.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Junior Learning and Development Officer or equivalent in one of the learning and development functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment are required. Banking experience will be advantageous.
  • Place of Work: Head office

Position 5: Senior Learning and Development Officer

  • Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized higher learning institution.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years’ service as a Learning and Development Officer or equivalent in one of the learning and development functions. Proven experience in Learning and Development, Training facilitation, and knowledge of Learning and Development principles and training delivery methodologies are required.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 6: Principal Learning and Development Officer

  • Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized higher learning institution.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of HR experience, including 2 years as a Senior Learning and Development Officer or equivalent in one of the learning and development functions. Proven experience in Learning and Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Management, and in-depth knowledge of Learning and Development theories, methodologies, and best practices are required.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa
