Position 1: Junior Architect
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from a recognized university/College.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design and technical skills.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
- Understanding of sustainable design principles and their application in architectural projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of healthcare design guidelines and regulations (preferred but not mandatory).
- Motivated and willing to learn, with a passion for architectural design.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of architectural designs for healthcare projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce conceptual drawings, plans, and renderings.
- Conduct site visits and assist in analyzing the site conditions and requirements.
- Prepare detailed architectural documentation including drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with project managers and other members to develop and execute project plans.
- Assist in researching and integrating sustainable design practices into projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations relevant to healthcare architecture.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate them into the design process.
- Utilize architectural software and tools to create accurate and visually appealing designs.
- Contribute to the overall success of the project team through active participation, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Position 2: Junior General Medical Practitioner
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Medical degree from a well-known University.
- A valid medical license is mandatory with 0-2 years of experience working in public health or project management.
- Demonstrated Extracurricular activities in Medical School is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement public health projects and manage complex programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Quick learner and ability to adapt to new environments.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a diverse team.
- Proficient in using technology, different software and data analysis tools.
- The candidate should have the inclination and motivation to work in public health projects (non-clinical work).
Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement public health projects that focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and improving access to healthcare services.
- Provide technical assistance and support to staff and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
- Conduct research and data analysis to inform program design and decision-making.
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members, including project managers, health professionals, and analysts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and nonprofit organizations.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Perform any tasks assigned by the company.
Position 3: Marketing, Admin and Logistics Officer
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Sociology, or any Social science field.
- 0-2 years of experience in Marketing and/or Admin and/or logistics roles with a good understanding of the areas.
- Familiarity with logistics/procurement systems and processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle diverse logistics, marketing, and procurement activities.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications and software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Commitment to work in public health.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing marketing and communication strategies to promote Co-Fix Systems to various stakeholders.
- Creating marketing content including flyers, brochures, social media posts, and videos to promote various health projects.
- Develop and implement strategies for social media management and engagement.
- Plan and coordinate participation in relevant conferences, workshops, seminars, and other events.
- Develop and implement project logistics plans and schedules.
- Prepare and coordinate logistics for procurement activities.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate tracking of supplies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of logistics activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Identify and assess potential risks in the logistics processes and take steps to mitigate them.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute RFQs to suppliers and vendors.
- Review and evaluate offers from suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies for procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of procurement activities.
