Job Summary
As a District Valuator – Maker-Checker at Dashen Bank S.C, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth for Retail & MSME/IFB Banking by providing exceptional relationship management to both new and existing customers at the assigned branch in Wolaita. You will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, retaining current customers, and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities to generate additional business.
Job Requirements
Academic & Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, banking, finance, management, or related fields.
- Training and courses in banking operations (IFB, domestic, credit, and international banking operations).
Experience:
- A minimum of four (4) years of successful experience in banking or customer contact roles.

Experience
