POSITION 1 Design and Construction Supervisor

Job Description:
The Design and Construction Supervisor will be responsible for carrying out the following design and construction activities accurately, meeting company deadlines:

  1. Design works for network stations:
  • Prepare design works for existing and new network stations.
  • Supervise outsourced design works.
  • Control and evaluate all design works.
  • Archive design records of stations for reference purposes.
  • Oversee design metal production and control during fabrication.
  • Update site layout of upgraded existing stations.
  • Prepare design contract agreements for specific jobs.
  1. Project documentations:
  • Prepare technical specifications and bill of quantities for site constructions.
  • Create tender documents, work orders, and contract documents.
  • Perform technical evaluations for civil work bid documents.
  • Prepare take-off sheets, payment certificates, and cost estimates.
  1. Supervise, advise, and consult civil construction projects of stations:
  • Oversee civil works of existing retail outlets.
  • Assess fixed properties on stations.
  • Supervise insurance coverage.
  • Provide consultation and follow-up on dealer-owned dealer-operated (DODO) sites.
  • Consult and advise on new development CODO/DODO stations layouts and constructions.
  1. Enforce HSEQ requirements and procedures:
  • Conduct risk assessments and prepare preventive plans.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with preventive plans and HSE rules.
  • Participate in HSE awareness campaigns and toolbox talks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of worksite safety and contractor’s HSE culture.
  • Report anomalies, near misses, or accidents and intervene to stop unsafe operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational background: BSc. degree in Architectural, and Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in design and drafting.
  • Diploma in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD from a recognized college is a plus.
  • Ability to interact efficiently with other staff and possess good communication skills.
