Job Description:
- Manage the clearance work for air and sea imports from custom commission and handle other assigned tasks.
- Properly manage air and sea exports with custom commission, ET airlines, shipping companies, and other assigned responsibilities.
- Ensure all shipping documentation is correct and processed in a timely manner.
- Handle third-party applications such as INSA, ECA, MOT permissions through one window system.
- Efficiently prepare import/export documents based on shipping requirements.
- Conduct proper filing activities, including printing, document checking, data cleaning, and record preparation for easy reference.
- Communicate effectively with staff and immediate team manager.
- Generate reports for the logistics team manager.
Requirements:
- BA Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Fluency in English language
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related software
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under stressful conditions
- Clear and concise expression of ideas and concepts in written and oral form
- Good analytical and negotiating skills
