- Education: Completion of 12th/10th grade; possession of Public I or Third level Driving License.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years driving experience. Banking industry experience is an advantage.
- Place of work: Adama District, Modjo Branch.
Position 2: Banking Business Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics or other business related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years banking experience.
- Job objective:
- To attain customer requests and provide efficient and high-quality service.
- Main duties and responsibilities:
- Reconcile the branch book of accounts, check transactions, and archive documents.
- Provide efficient and high-quality service, process bulk payments, and authenticate new account documents.
- Deliver efficient and high-quality service to customers, handle their queries and complaints.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and staffs.
- Enhance the bank’s image through proactive handling of customers and maximizing their satisfaction.
- Countersign on documents and transaction tickets.
- Comply strictly with regulatory standards, bank policies, procedure and code of conduct.
- Perform tasks within the bank’s standards and timescales, adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls.
- Work towards the achievements of teams and individual tasks.
- Promote the bank’s products, services, and digital banking to customers.
- Participate in resource mobilization activities.
- Place of work: Dire Dawa District.
Position 3: Banking Operation Officer
