Overview: beU delivery is a food delivery company that aims to make affordable delivery accessible to everyone. The company is in search of an experienced HR Manager who will be responsible for reforming existing strategies, policies, and procedures, creating training and development programs, supervising the HR team, leading recruitment efforts, amongst other duties.
Job Description:
The duties and responsibilities of the HR Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Analyzing and evaluating existing strategies, policies, and procedures, and reforming them with the help of executives and staff
- Supervising the HR team
- Creating training and development programs
- Leading recruitment efforts and sitting in on interviews with potential candidates
- Keeping abreast of government regulations & public policies and amending & developing company policies accordingly
- Assisting with the organization of team building and staff development activities
- Brainstorming and implementing incentives that increase staff morale and productivity.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Above 2 years’ experience as an HR manager
- Experience in a non-traditional HR system
- Familiarity with labor law
- Experience in recruiting overseas preferably western
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills
- Reliable and a people person
