Job Description:

The Senior Risk Compliance Officer will be responsible for implementing and managing an effective legal compliance program. They will regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks, assess company operations to determine compliance risk, and prepare daily and monthly reports to the Risk Management and Compliance Director.

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in Social Science, Accounting and Finance, or related fields
  • Four (4) years of experience in Risk Compliances
  • Specialist skills in Microsoft Excel

Job Description:

The Senior Risk Credit Review Officer will be responsible for identifying gaps in underwriting, approval, monitoring, relationship management, and credit administration activities. They will provide assistance and consultation to lending and credit personnel, auditors, and regulatory examiners, ensure consistent application of firm wide Risk Policy Credit Review policies and procedures, identify loans with potential credit weakness and any relevant trends that may affect collectability, develop, implement, and oversee ongoing risk-based credit review programs for all Shabelle Bank loan portfolios, and identify existing and/or emerging issues relating to credit quality and risk.

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in Social Science, Accounting and Finance or related fields
  • Four (4) years of working experience in Risk & Credit Sector is advantageous
